Email Etiquette. The primary way we connect across distances is through email. Learn the best ways of using this medium. We will cover the rules and tools you need to be effective.
Outcome: You will have the tools you need to create emails that get action.

Face to Face Distance Communication. Face to face communication with your teams is expensive and time consuming. In this section you will learn how to use technology to communicate "face to face" over distances. Learning to use distance tools takes more than hitting the right button. What is your body language saying, are you coming across the way you want?
Outcome: You will learn how to appear and sound credible through distance technology.

Webinars. You probably already know that webinars can be deadly, or that they can be used as a time to read email, do crossword puzzles or text loved ones. Make sure your webinars are compelling and effective.
Outcome: Using what we know about brain science you will learn the techniques to grab and hold your audience's attention.

Teaming Across Time and Space. Working as a team is even harder when team members are not all in one space. You need to have team members be able to handle communication and conflict with ease. This takes focus and shared vision and language.
Outcome: Team leaders and members will have the tools and techniques to handle conflict and communication.
